Responsible of coordination of activities concerning weekly schedule production, planning, engineering changes, procurement of components, negotiation with external costumers, management of engineering changes implementation with manufacturing sites and directly communication with customer supporting and resolving concerns to manufacturing and assembly in less than 24hrs.Formal liaison between Internal and External Customers.As a lead I managed and coordinated by balancing daily workload, team goals and providing input for individual evaluations.

Responsible of formal communication between Internal and External Customers, Planning and Administration about Engineering Changes addressing any change implementation, new data releases, effectivity, configuration and implementation in manufacturing floor and/or create Kits as rework instructions for installation issues. Utilization of software and data bases as Enovia, Catia, BPCS, and Office for planning change incorporation. Customer support and problem solving.
