Research project in the line of Biotechnology and Nanotechnology, Bioremediation of lubricating grease residues using bacteria.Based on this research, a methodology was developed to provide the service of suction, transport and final disposal of lubricating grease residues from lubrication centers, grease traps, sedimentation tanks, among others, based on biological treatment ( biopiles, and bacterial inoculant). Work was carried out in a physico-chemical laboratory, with separation processes, analysis and management of the extractor cabin and microbiology laboratory, applying seeding methodologies, cell counts and sample extraction.Proyecto de Investigación en la línea de Biotecnología y Nanotecnologia, Biorremediación de residuos de grasa lubricante mediante bacterias.A partir de esta investigación se desarrolló una metodología que permita prestar el servicio de succión, transporte y disposición final de residuos de grasa lubricante provenientes de centros de lubricación, trampas de grasa, tanques de sedimentación, entre otros, a partir, del tratamiento biológico (biopilas, e inoculante bacteriano). Se trabajo en laboratorio de fisicoquimica, con procesos de separacion, analisis y manejo de cabina extractora y laboratorio de microbiologia, aplicando metodologias de siembras, conteos celulares y extracción de muestras.
