I am a technical lead, director and co-founder with a focus on excellence, delivery and continual improvement. I thrive in navigating complexity by defining clarity and decisive action. As a leader, I’m intentional and tend to lead by example. In dissecting problem statements, I am typically analytical, logical and quantitative. My engineering background includes dynamics, linear and non-linear analysis modelling, geometric and design rationalisation, and parametric design workflows. Skilled in multi-disciplinary design, and extensive stakeholder management I work well in fast-paced and growing environments with impact. This leans in to my current research on AI/ML techniques in practice.Having achieved many of the goals we set out, in 2024 I will be exiting the consultancy I co-founded Simple Works. It will continue in capable hands of Phil and Sinead while I look to take on a new challenge!
