As the Admissions Clerk I ensure the accuracy of all data recorded and perform database maintenance functions. I operate various different software and databases. I perform word-processing, create spreadsheets, and update CampusVue. I work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team. I am highly efficient, able to multi-task, and able to meet deadlines despite interruptions. I serve as first point of contact for Admissions front counter and I serve as main point of contact for Student Services and Registrar Office. I also work front counter on a rotating basis (including early morning or evening hours). Perform daily application processing functions, which include daily data entry and scanning. Perform Campus view data processes and file maintenance. I answer admissions main phone line and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals. I perform all general office duties such as distributing appropriate emails, preparing reports, faxing, copying and preparing documents, etc.

My primary role of the office manager is to ensure the efficient operations of the Church office by creating processes to make daily tasks easier. This includes designing forms to communicate ministry requests to the staff, logistics/event planning, maintaining the Church Calendar and creating advertisements for ministry related events. Duties include, but are not limited to: supervising the office assistant and receptionist, serving as the telephone administrator, advertising and printing and graphic design. My primary role of the church secretary is to provide exceptional administrative support by organizing, planning and performing tasks to encourage and enable the congregation, ministries and staff to operate effectively and efficiently. Duties include, but not limited to: baptism, baby dedications, weddings / funeral scheduling, membership database, church calendar and mass communication to leadership.
