Assist employees with escalated calls as needed. Analyze and recommend appropriate action related to various customer solutions within the Collection Department. Meet and understand investor and mortgage insurer requirements related to customer solutions. Mitigate losses by assisting customer in finding an appropriate alternative solution to Foreclosure and/or Bankruptcy. Demonstrate the ability to meet company and departmental goals. Work special projects as assigned. Respond to inbound calls from customers regarding account payments, made outbound collection calls regarding 30 and/or 60 day delinquent accounts, creating payment plans to bring customer accounts to a current payment status. Provide counseling to customers by helping them understand all available loss mitigation solutions. Respond to inbound calls from customers in reference to status of account, managed customer inquiries and complaints, coordinated inter-departmental communications on behalf of the customer.
