As an Industry IT Architect and European Commerce SME, I am dedicated to empowering the IBM Ecosystem of Independent Software Vendors and partners. In this role, I deliver functional, technical briefings and enablement workshops. I also support the IBM Ecosystem with the development of Proof Of Technology and solutions based on IBM products. I provide consultancy on design, and assist in issues fixing.

I am Senior Architect for Government and Smarter City in IBM's Global Industry Solution Center (GISC).In this role I identify client requirements and provide relevant solutions to generate meaningful business value.As Public Safety subject matter expert, I led for the GISC several proposals or designs of proof of concept for major customers such as : Major country in Middle-East, the architecture of Operation Centers and Video Surveillance Centers working in Network; 15 centers, one per province, one for the capital and one for the Mecca. South-East region of France, the pilot architecture of a crisis and risk management solution for "Centre Euro - Méditerranéen de l'environnement et des risques" Provincial Government of the Western Cape (South Africa), the architecture of Computer Aided Dispatch and Emergency Management project As pre-sale architect I was presenting in several world-wide conferences dedicated to Public Safety or Smart City. I also led several studies, technical and functional gap analysis with partners solutions to identify potential technical component integrations.

With my experience in pharmaceutical industry, I was involved in the creation of the Lifescience Center of Excellence in the IBM Business Solution Center and the promotion of a new solution called Solution for a COmpliance in Regulated Environment (SCORE). I managed over 100 face to face workshops, presentations for European Companies and creations of proof of concept. Now, the solution is one of IBM's Key assets in this domain and has generated considerable interest and business. To sum up,I was working as IT Architect and providing:- Technical sales support (RFI, RFP)- Technical workshops & briefings lead- Technical expertise for live demonstrations and customer proposal.- Architecture lead on prototypes & Proof of Concepts relatedto document management system.

As Solution Architect, I led the development of EDMS for an European Pharmaceutical Company leader in vaccines production. These solutions designed and delivered with a high customer satisfaction, were intended to address the document management of all phases in molecules development from the research, dossier submission to marketing. During the formal project phases, I managed end-user relationship by leading workshops, presentations across cultural, physical boundaries of the company.I led:- The EDMS architecture of Lifescience Companies- The electronic Document Management Implementation(creation, workflow, management, edit, issue...) through theall customer sites (US, Canada and France).- The design of application architecture to implement severalbusiness projects on one Documentum platform (clinical trial,quality assurance ...)- The creation of new application architecture to improve thecost and risk management of the development.- The development team follow up
