Dedicated time to personal projects, i.e. travelling, exploring meditative practices, martial arts, engaging in skills uptake and knowledge building, to reorient myself focusing on what it truly means, for me, to be a mission-driven individual.

As Project Manager: • Led project and stakeholder management, design and strategic development of projects across sectors and industries, fundraising, and consulting on CSR and SDGs.• Grants and budget management, financial and substantive reporting.• Oversaw monitoring and evaluation of projects, event management, and workshop facilitation.Other key roles:• Secretariat to the Board of Directors in Trace / InnoMission4, supported by the Innovation Fund Denmark. Contributing to Denmark achieving the national climate goals within the circular economy before 2050 with a focus on plastics, textiles, and commons. • Strategic Coordinator: Developed project proposals and activities aligning with strategic themes of Circular Economy, Biodiversity, Water, and Climate Adaptation. • Work environment representative (AMO): Certified, additional role to ensure the wellbeing of colleagues and c-level managers by ensuring a holistic, healthy work environment, aligned with internal priorities and Danish State guidelines (WEA).

Contributed to UNHCR’s private sector initiatives in Denmark, focusing on fundraising and public awareness. Key activities included:• Facilitated workshops at the Youth Democratic Festival and planned events for UN Day and Culture Night in UN City, Copenhagen.• Met with Danish private sector representatives and coordinated initiatives.• Engaged in proposal writing and conducted market research.• Performed due diligence and assessed prospects' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.

Facilitated matchmaking between European SMEs and large international corporates to promote innovative cleantech solutions. Focused on enhancing sustainable practices, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing, and driving green growth and profitability.

Played a key role in advancing the circular economy within the construction sector by mobilizing municipalities, SMEs, and universities across Denmark. Focused on promoting the adoption of sustainable practices and innovative cleantech solutions to drive environmental responsibility and economic growth. My efforts included facilitating collaboration and knowledge-sharing between Danish and European SMEs and large international corporates, fostering a collective approach to enhancing circularity, reducing waste, and maximizing resource efficiency within the region.

The Winter Academy is a cross-disciplinary offer for students, who are in or has finished their Master's degree. The Academy offers a week with case studies, company visits and lectures concerning construction, sustainability, collaboration across disciplines and sectors, and the inherent challenges. I attended as both participant and speaker, where I presented an example of a triple-helix project named Circularity City, given my position as project assistant. The Winter Academy is an initiative started by the green think-tank CONCITO, the contractor-enterprise NCC, and the consultancy Center for Bygningsbevaring.
