Worked in several prototype projects for multiple customers. Multi-discipline engineering across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical engineering. Responsibilities have included processing of production feedback for prototype machine and electrical routing design of prototype machines, both demanding flexible working procedures and efficient communication between different stakeholders, including multiple engineering disciplines and factory floor. Safety and ease of installation first, always.Mostly sheet metal design, some rubber and routing design. Manufacturing methods centered around laser cutting, machining and welding.Latest project for me has been to be a part of spearheading the development of a modern and modular system for a customer company's electrical routing systems from the ground up. This has been a multi-discipline effort, working in close relation with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical engineers, plus the R&D of the customer's CAD software engineers. My responsibilities in this push have been revolving around figuring out the best practices in modeling electrical cabling routes in 3D enviroment while keeping in mind the demand for modularity and re-usability in both the design and it's documentation.I have also consolidated and upgraded the documentation level of the customer's electrical cabinet enclosures, bringing the level to an industry standard and making the customer less reliant on it's subcontractors in future procurement negotiations.
