Develop test solution to improve power, battery and thermal test efficiency and accuracy.Work with engineering development team on power bring up, and design validation.Support the team in debug, troubleshooting and failure analysis investigation.Collaborate with other validation engineers on transitioning product to volume production and manage product sustaining efforts.

Designing, developing and implementing all PLC Programming (Allen Bradley) – building programs from the ground up including ladder diagrams, function block diagrams, structured text, etc. Building programs to interface with other PLC’s, HMI’s and databases.Performs an assortment of complex engineering duties such as the design of manufacturing equipment, processes and lines, and the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical components including hardware (circuit boards, electrical panels, etc.) and software (PLC and circuit board programming).Provides support to existing equipment and activities in the use of electrical devices and components for commercial, manufacturing, and industrial use.Works directly with engineers in other disciplines to support production design.May provide work leadership and training to lower level professional and technical staff.
