Over the last 12 months, my primary focus has been helping to develop and launch Rackspace's new managed services framework, called Elastic Engineering, which offers a highly proactive transformation service that helps accelerate transformation for our clients by removing technical debt, eliminating toil, and leveraging automation wherever practical.These experiences have allowed me to adopt an entrepreneurial approach to address the challenges, issues, and opportunities businesses face while working to transform to a modern, cloud-based IT infrastructure operating model.
