I have deep IT experience ranging from the data center to the cloud (including AWS, Azure, Google, VMware, Hyper-V, Bare Metal, etc.) for the past 15 years in a wide variety of functional roles.Over the last several years, I have had the distinct pleasure of serving as the Principal Product Manager for Rackspace's "Fanatical Support for Azure" managed services product, which is focused on delivering high-value managed services for customers on Azure through a combination of best-in-class technologies, unparalleled expertise, and Rackspace's industry-leading customer service. Over the last 12 months, my primary focus has been helping to develop and launch Rackspace's new managed services framework, called Elastic Engineering, which offers a highly proactive transformation service that helps accelerate transformation for our clients by removing technical debt, eliminating toil, and leveraging automation wherever practical.These experiences have allowed me to adopt an entrepreneurial approach to address the challenges, issues, and opportunities businesses face while working to transform to a modern, cloud-based IT infrastructure operating model.
