• Extensive work experience within different industries, including nonprofit organizations.• Solid background in accounting, including supporting and managing day-to-day functions and operations (including, but not limited to, revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, reconciliations, filing sales tax returns, year-end closing, preparation of financial statements and various reports, budgeting, supporting annual audits).• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, time management, and multitasking skills; exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as as a part of team.• Excellent administrative and HR skills and experience (including, but not limited to, hiring, training, and supervision, development of company’s policies, maintenance of personal files and records, employee benefits managements, such health insurance, 401k, FSA, etc).• Proficient in Quickbooks, MS Office, Sage.• Additional languages: Russian, Azeri, basic knowledge of Turkish.
