I have over 3 years of experience in providing technical support and mentoring for NI products, such as NI TestStand, NI DAQ devices, NI Power Supplies, and NI Switches. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Costa Rica, where I also obtained my Licentiate and Bachelor's degrees. I am passionate about learning new technologies, solving complex problems, and sharing my knowledge with others.
