Constantly create and implement policies that guide employees on the proper use of technology and data management, ensuring backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and are regularly tested on Oracle POS system, KDS system, and integrated EFTPOS systems on-site on the local server.• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications. I work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with their products, and I ensure that their services align with the company's objectives and standards.• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for their adoption. I regularly research and evaluate new technologies and tools that can improve the company's IT infrastructure and operations. I present recommendations to the management team and lead the implementation of approved solutions.• Train employees on the use of hardware and software systems. I develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees understand how to use technology effectively and efficiently. I also create user manuals and documentation to support employees in their use of technology.• Manage the IT budget and provide regular reports to management.
