Very long time ago I was lost and was not sure where my path was leading to. At that moment I had a mentor who believed in me and guided me to do the very best that I can be. That moment changed my perspective and how I saw the future. It molded me to the person I am today. One defining moment can change your vision. I would like to create those defining moments with others.-Working in retail for more than 25 years has given me a chance to learn and really understand people. Having worn hats such as store operator, supervisor, customer service associate and department manager has given me the chance to comprehend individuals at many different levels.-- As a People & Culture Business Partner, I am learning and leading by example whether it's by being a mentor or a coach but one must always spend that extra minute.- I have a constant need to feed on challenges and achieving positive results. It does not matter who receives the credit as long as we win as a team. - I like to find solutions.
