Responsible for the day to day production operations at one of company's most critical air separation facilities along with two other sites. Directly supervises 14 technicians and works with contractors to plan execute maintenance on operations to meet customer expectations at all times.

Responsible for the day to day production and distribution operations at an Air Separation Facility and a Liquid Carbon Dioxide Facility totaling in over $32 million sales/year. Direct supervision of 4 productions technicians and 34 union/non-union professional truck drivers.Responsible for implementation of safety programs, meeting fixed and variable cost commitments, execution of reliability programs, and compliance with quality systems as well as FDA regulations.Budget, coordinate, and execute plant outages for capital improvement projects, preventable maintenance, and corrective maintenance repairs within facility operating schedules.Experience developing coaching/training programs for drivers with various safe driving technology, the grievance procedure, and union contract negotiations.

Responsible for the day to day production operations at an Air Separation facility. Support facility technicians to maintain or improve facility reliability. To do so, would initiate and complete management of Change (MOC) procedure for changes to plant and process. Ensure work order/preventative maintenance program followed through EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) application. Troubleshoot process/plant issues to ensure reliable product inventory for customers.Maintain relationships for operations among other groups including, process engineering, controls engineering, safety, and instrumentation to ensure strong communication and promote effective troubleshooting.Collaborate with facility technicians to ensure Site Specific Operating Procedures are up-to-date.Experience with Root cause Analysis, Root Cause Investigation and Process Hazard Analysis.

Successfully completed the Leadership and Technical Orientation Program. Yearlong program focused on manufacturing/production operations, and provided experiences in Logistics, Sales, R&D, and Finance/Accounting. Served rotation at one of Praxair's largest facilities in the U.S., which transported product to customer through pipeline.
