Character Performer

An active participant in Community, Independent and Professional Theatre, I have extensive experience both on-stage and as a director in various forms. By the end of 2013, I have completed over 50 different productions ranging from musicals, through dramas and comedies and then to Shakespearian.Of that number, I have directed several stage productions, including Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, as well as directed and choreographed the fight sequences for several productions.Until 2011, my involvement in Film and TV was limited to a few small commercials and training videos. Since 2011, I have had small roles in a major Australian Mini-Series ("Cloud Street") and a Feature Film ("Son of a Gun"), a lead roll in a short film ("Manu Marmont") and a feature role in a privately filmed feature ("The Silent City").

Management and Analysis (Level 7)Responsibilities/ HR Systems and Business Analysis incorporating Statistical Reporting.Achievements: Managed the HR Reporting Section. Initiated and coordinated the current Online Reporting Project. Provided HR Strategic Support and Data Extraction to internal and external clients. Reporting for nearly 7000 Employees across 9 Agencies over 28 different Awards on issues such as Pay, Leave, Organisational Establishment, Occupancy, Training Expenditure, Recruitment Performance Management, Financial, Superannuation, etc. Occasional duties at higher management level when substantive occupant on leave or seconded. Provided extensive technical support to various projects including Electronic Payroll Certification and Workforce Analysis Comparative Application (WACA) Data Collation Service.

Responsibilities/ HR Systems and Business Analysis incorporating Statistical Reporting.Achievements: Maintained, coordinated and developed daily statistical reports for Quality Assurance, Statistical Reporting and HR Business Management requirements. Also reported for MOIR. Used integrated software such as Microsoft Access and Excel, Cognos Applications (including Impromptu, PowerPlay and KPInvestigator), Alesco Concept and Oracle (TOAD) data environments.

Network development, Sales, Film Production, Photographer, Director.

Responsibilities/ Primary responsibility for the technical aspects of data gathering, storage andAchievements: reporting for prison survey data. Developed Access Database as a part of the project. Provided Project planning advice and software support for several major projects across the directorate.

/ Provided advice and support with project management across the directorateAchievements: including the review of Resource Management and Business practices. This included the running of group workshops and staff training sessions. Coordinated the review of current Policy Framework with particular emphasis to Cabinet Submissions. Assisted in the maintenance and updating of several major projects across the directorate. Primarily using Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities/ Employed on an ad-hoc basis with training organisations such as Drake Training,Achievements: Alphawest 6, Mirage Technologies, Curtin Computer Training Centre, Australian Training Institute and Computer Training & Development Australia. Training in a variety of software packages including Microsoft, Macromedia, and Adobe as well as programming languages. Developed Database Applications for private usage.

/ Assisted in the development, maintenance and coordination of an EducationalAchievements: Web site, Learning Technologies for Teachers. I developed and presented instructional material for the following areas of study; Desktop and Web Publishing Methods and Issues. Software I used and taught included Office 2000 Packages, Macromedia Tools Adobe Photoshop and Image-ready, WebCT. Designed and implemented a Student Assessment Tracking system to record incoming assessment, assigned marker and assessment progress.
