This has moved me beyond the individual impact to understand the systemics lens in culture and behaviour and how to create effective change. I spent a year in the US West Coast training and developing myself on the world class CTI Leadership Program, a deeply transformative leadership development course. I am certified in The Leadership Circle 360 Profile – a highly sophisticated tool that measure leadership effectiveness and shows clear areas for development.From a personal perspective however my work is much more whole than training skills and learning; It combines all my individual passions from deep therapeutic healing, energy healing, health, understand and learning about the relationship between the mind, body and soul. A very personal and important spiritual practice which guides my life, understanding nutrition and being a conscious eater and consumer, exploring past trauma and healing and the impact on our bodies and our behaviour. All of this informs how I show up with my clients and myself and also was the basis of writing Finding You and launching this as a personal development company.My background before Lea_p, includes almost a decade working in Property and Construction in the UK and the Middle East in Sales and Business Development. I combine my business acumen, with my absolute passion for leadership development, evolving myself and people and my desire for all of us to reach our full potential.
