I have 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, in parallel with 3 years of Business Analyst, at BPO companies that specializes in Business Consulting, Data & IT Solutions. Started as a Data Analyst, I were not only fulfil my assigned responsibilities (data entry, database management and update), but also propose additional duties to detect anomalies as well as initialize root cause and solution.My experience as a Business Analyst includes the development of web-based applications, gathering information and integrating it into IT systems, improving business processes, quality assurance and providing technical support to clients for various projects from conceptualization to implementation based on the methodologies of the Agile Software Development Life Cycles.In-charged positions have also trained me to become an effective communicator both internally and externally.I’m good at building collaboration to establish partnerships, which allows me to contribute as an excellent team player and cooperate with multi-role in order to maintain Quality Standards of projects.
