About Lisa Campbell

Over the past 15+ years of my career, I've gained broad cross-industry, cross-functional experience helping complex organizations, like libraries, universities, streaming media distributors, automakers, and more, to devise and execute strategies in a way that maximizes operational efficiency. These experiences have given me the skills to serve as a connector and translator, bridging the gap between academia and industry, engineers and non-technical staff, and various other stakeholders. I ensure smooth operations by establishing clear processes and cadences around joint go-to-market (GTM) efforts, royalty/fee payments, delivery, contracting, and more.My work is at the forefront of research and technology, which has presented me with opportunities to solve unprecedented problems, including dealing with brand-new technologies that faculty are inventing and navigating the changing patent law landscape. I have a knack for synthesizing complex information into executive summaries that help stakeholders understand problems quickly and make informed decisions.Outside of work, as a former pastry chef, I love cooking and baking, which every department I work in benefits from. During COVID, I started using snail mail to exchange 300+ postcards internationally.
