- Coordinate with studio contacts and vendors to supply locked spots / trailers to finishing facility and update progress of finishing- Work closely with Music, Integrated Design, Editors, and Producers to ensure open and efficient communication- Answer all questions that arise throughout the Finishing process and troubleshoot any issues- Review specs and make sure all involved parties receive the necessary information.- Make sure all WOs, Trellos and Finishing emails are completed and correct for each spotworked on- Oversee the completion of all in-house finishes including final QC and delivery accordingto each client’s individual specifications.- Communicate with Finish AEs and make sure they have all information necessary toproperly complete their preps and onlines- In collaboration with the Finishing Assistant Editors, make sure all servers and deliverysystems (Wiredrive, MediaSilo, FTP) are organized and clean- Maintain archival backups of all finishes, including requesting out-of-house finishes fromclients.- Cover for the Head of Post Production when they are out.
