Assigned roughly 10 patients per shift. Worked on both the acute care floor, long-term care, and the Alzheimer’s and dementia behavioral unit. Assessed patient’s vital signs, performed personal care, and activities of daily living. Performed ostomy and stoma care, tracheostomy care, and tube feedings. In addition, performed bladder scans, wound dressings, and assisted with catheterizations. Learned general knowledge about medication. Maintained patient stability by following nursing care plans. Worked continuously for over 6 years.

I am in charge of operating the building independently each shift. I serve up to 300 members, while also building and maintaining professional relationships.
