In my role, I work to bridge the gap between our clients and our technical team. I work with clients from point of sale to ensure all their audio visual and staging dreams come true. I do this by working behind the scenes with my team to put the right equipment and the right team on the trucks. I spend a lot of time in a project management role where I organize timelines, gather information and generate paperwork that will allow our onsite teams to be successful. Additionally, I attend events and sometimes fill technical roles, such as producer and stage manager. Other responsibilities taken on with this role include: department SOP development, assisting the Marketing Director with copywriting and social media, building and organizing standard department documents, maintaining organization of department information.
