Here is a little about myself, I graduated from university with a 2nd class Honours degree, while being in full and part time employment. During my education, work and work experience opportunities, I have been privileged to be involved in the everyday workings of different establishment’s within the hospitality Industry over the years following my higher education. These have consisted of the creation, set-up and the running of different events, managing Hotels, restaurants, reception and a little dabble in housekeeping. I began working within this industry from the age of 15, over this time I have learnt that I am a hard working enthusiastic, outgoing person who enjoys different challenges and problems that need to be solved.
