My Region Management duties included overseeing six camp locations in the East Bay. During the summer months I supported the camp directors at each location to provide a positive learning environment for all campers including oversight of disciplinary procedures. During the rest of the year I was responsible for scouting new locations, building relationships with all host school staff, grant reporting, and training camp directors, instructors and counselors for all locations across the Bay Area. As Purchasing and Supplies Manager I was responsible for overseeing all purchasing and warehouse operations. I worked closely with the curriculum team, creating budget guidelines for curriculum writers and ensuring all school year and summer programs stayed within budget while providing high quality projects for our campers; supply purchasing for all events, school year programs, and 20+ summer locations within the Bay Area and Sacramento; management and tracking of technology rentals; management of supply distribution and return between warehouse and all locations.

During the school year, I managed the in-class workshops and after school STEAM programs which took place in hundreds of schools throughout the Bay Area. I was responsible for creating and maintaining hands-on, standards-based curriculum for students from Kinder-5th grade, as well as training and coaching instructors. In the spring and summer my focus shifted to ordering all of the supplies we use at our multiple camp locations, managing the warehouse and distribution of supplies, and ensuring the camp directors and staff have everything they need for a fun and successful summer!
