Growing up at the Jersey Shore and passionate for traveling, Lacey could not have found a better fit for her career. Her experience as hospitality manager has allowed her to interact with guests from around the world and share the local highlights with insider knowledge. Her warm, adept customer service and behind-the-scenes organizational talents have helped transform the Grand Victorian into a destination retreat. Lacey is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University where she received her Bachelors of Science in Recreation and Leisure Management Services. She also holds a Masters Certificate in Travel & Tourism Management from New York University. Lacey’s appetite for culture and travel have brought her on extended journeys to Latin America, South America, Europe, and throughout the United States.
