Director Of Child Care Resource Network
Maryland Family Network is the State Coordinating Entity for the Maryland Child Care Resource Network. With funding from the Maryland State Department of Education, MFN provides grant management and oversight to the child care resource centers serving the State. Through this grant, MFN also provides free child care resource and referral services to families seeking child care for children through the LOCATE: Child Care program.

In this role, I provided grant coordination and program monitoring to support the overall function of the state-awarded grant as part of the State Coordinating Entity team. during this, I developed and implemented (in consultation with IT firm) a data collection system specific to the program needs of grant recipients with ongoing user supports, report development, and system design. I also established protocols and procedures for CCRC agencies to ensure compliance with federal and state grant funding requirements to develop and deliver professional development and coaching to early care and education programs.
