I educate the doctors, discharge planners, and hospitals on the benefits and features of Scottsdale Healthcare Rehabilitation Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse Liaison I evaluate the patients to make sure they are appropriate for our setting and review with our Medical director. It is so rewarding to see the accomplishments and outcomes of our patients.
