Training Specialist And Bookkeeper
Current- Trained, mentored, and supervised 8 new hires to date throughout their 90 day onboarding period, in addition to holding regular 1-1 training sessions with other members of the bookkeeping department
- Review client accounts and financial reports for accuracy and tactfully provide feedback and additional training to team members when necessary
- Utilize Quickbooks to prepare balance sheets, profit and loss, and other financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for multiple clients
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards and correct discrepancies as needed
- Form professional relationships with clients and respond to account questions and requests for information
