- Responsible for the preparation and delivery of P&C reporting for the non-consolidated entities as well as CGIC Consolidated to OFSI- Responsible for various aspects of P&C reporting for the P&C entities owned by Co-operators Group Ltd., including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as the quarterly P&C reporting to OSFI, and quarterly reporting to Statistics Canada- View and analyze reporting and account balances, develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures, and act as a key contact for external auditors- Act as a technical resource and informal supervisor for more junior P&C Reporting team members- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships/partnerships with peers throughout FAS, Corporate Finance, Taxation, Corporate Reinsurance, and Decision Support to facilitate efficient reporting and project success- Anticipate and manage competing department deadlines and challenges
