Operations Manager & Project ManagerGrace Midtown Church May 2009 - Dec 2012I was promoted after 2 years in the business office to project manager for the founder. This involved managing the scope of the projects by planning and directing schedules, meetings, defining requirements, managing resources and project deliverables, goals and milestones. Significant projects included (but are not limited to) our anti-trafficking efforts mobilizing volunteers and collaborating with community partners and government affiliates. One of those projects was a merger with a city-church. I was promoted to team leader/executive director for this new arm, now called Grace Midtown Church.
