Involved in the environmental and nuclear industry for 10+ years, Ms. Wallace has forged relationships with various indigenous groups, intergovernmental relations, external stakeholders, and licensees, to support the sustained and safe use of nuclear technology in Canada.Through her involvement with Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada, and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission; as well as a member at the Canadian Radiation Protection Association, Ms. Wallace has presented to various audience on a range of environmental and radiological issues throughout her career, as a subject matter expert, and member of government.Ms. Wallace has a particular passion for promoting women in science/engineering, and particularly, nuclear industry, and is working towards engaging young professionals through various mentorship objectives worldwide.
