Help to facilitate the financial security of our membership. Provide quality loan processing, review files for adherence to underwriting standards and ensuring completeness of submission. Analyze financial and credit data to determine the acceptability of loan risk in support of bank, investor, and regulatory policies. Facilitated new hire training and worked in the new construction home market.

Extensive knowledge on policies and regulations regarding specials loans, PMI, modifications, escrow accounts, subordinations and HELOC loans. Also worked in the bankruptcy and post closing departments. Completed 6 wks of classroom training, 4 wks on the job training and continuing web-based training courses.
