-Originally a six month contract role providing support to Site Management Team on specific projects-Reviewed and reported on internal controls measuring level of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), highlighting new controls that needed to be implemented as appropriat-Provided finance support to the development of a five year strategic plan for the site, focussing on identifying ways of making the site more cost efficient – this led to the integration of on-site accounting processes to a shared services model

-Responsibility for the preparation of monthly management accounts with specific focus on inventory control, work order material variances, labour variances, overhead variances, Customs Duty Control & Fixed Asset Register. Maintenance of SAP Master Data and Bill of Materials.-Designed, developed, tested and implemented a new report on SAP to more accurately report on product waste for Customs & Excise Duty purposes – this report was subsequently utilised by Guinness Ireland across all of their brewery sites in Ireland
