Growing up in a small town in Oregon with extreme adversity and tragedy early on, but even larger goals and dreams, Lacey has used her adversity to evolve into who she is today and the lives she has impacted thus far.A professional artist, over a decade of coaching with 8 different certifications in fitness, nutrition and performance coaching, a successful entrepreneur and business owner for the past 8 years, and a talented communicator Lacey has directly coached and transformed 1,000s of people's lives. Her resilience, authenticity, and personal connection to each of her art pieces, clients and audiences is deeply rooted in helping facilitate generational change and helping others genuinely thrive and grow in their lives through health, optimization and resilience.Currently studying for her PhD in Psychology with a focus in human behavior and flourishing to help people truly transform into the best version of themselves, as well as her countless hours of volunteer work she has done within the women's prison, Lacey is equipped to help anyone at any level make personal, professional and relational breakthrough through her extensive knowledge and myriad of experiences.
