Commissioning Provider / Construction Administrator
Current• Manage the commissioning process for construction projects, ensuring systems are installed, tested, and fully operational before handover.• Collaborate with stakeholders (contractors, engineers, project managers) to ensure the successful integration and functionality of systems.• Conduct site inspections to verify that installations meet safety, security, and compliance standards.• Troubleshoot system integration issues and identify potential improvements to ensure optimal system performance.• Coordinate and schedule fire alarm system testing, IT infrastructure testing, and other critical system evaluations.• Document test results, compliance statuses, and issue resolutions to maintain detailed project records.• Track project milestones, identify risks, and manage timelines to ensure timely project delivery.• Ensure all commissioning procedures adhere to regulatory standards and internal quality control measures.• Communicate with clients to provide progress updates and resolve any concerns during the commissioning phase.• Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and troubleshooting during the commissioning and testing phases.
