At its core my position has required me to be present at the front desk to admit clients into the office, answering and redirecting phone calls as needed, replying to emails and printing off correspondence for inter-office distribution, processing and filing invoices while keeping a rotation of updated files available for staff when needed, processing and mailing cheques and invoices on a daily basis, and providing support to staff of up to 25 people as needed on an individual basis with files, invoices, or any other office/clerical work required.I have also been responsible for communicating with vendors to keep the office stocked with stationary supplies, maintenance for the office printers and other interior office fixtures, sorting and boxing all files/paperwork prior to arranging for yearly document destruction, personally assisting KPMG in our Financial Year End by retrieving files and paperwork needed to confirm any inventory and invoicing done over the calendar year, and working with our Head Office in regards to any requests they might have.
