I joined as a Research Assistant after a recommendation was placed by my supervisor at the Center for Business Communications. My main role involves pulling together research for clients based on their career interests, including formulating spreadsheets with companies, industries of interest, location, and more. In addition, I assist in different administrative tasks for GbizQ, such as organizing weekly meetings, coordinating with co-workers, and updating information on Salesforce.

Teaching Assistant for an undergraduate course at AU: Global Corporate Citizenship. During my time as a TA, I aided in the transition from in-person to online as the pandemic shifted the academic environment. In addition, I am currently helping the Professor publish an upcoming textbook for the course.

Recommended for the position by my College Writing Professor, I joined Kogod’s Center for Business Communications as a Peer Tutor. In this position, I helped students at the Kogod School of Business with their writing projects and business presentations. This included, 1-on-1 and group meetings, class visits, and providing virtual feedback on assignments. Quickly into my role as a Consultant, I took on the position as an Admin in the CBC office. With this, I acted as the face of the office to help answer student emails and phone calls. This role also consisted of running social media pages for the CBC, organizing our events, and maintaining a positive relationship between the CBC and professors.

I am accountable for overseeing over each department, especially A&R. I work directly with our artists to make sure a professional relationship is maintained between them and the label. As Vice President, I also hold a position on Student Media Board to acts as a representative for our members. Since joining, I have brought on two artists that are featured on the District 18 and TRILL EP. I have also helped in the designing of our signature USB drives, which we give out at the semester's end Media Release Party.

While at the The Greenberg Theatre, I aided in various departments of live production for American University's events. One of my first projects included painting siding for a scene in Little Women and learning how to adjust lights. I also observed the basics of operating a sound board and running a show through the various technologies that the facility had. After performances, I would participate in the striking of the set on the evening of the last show, as the theatre had a tight schedule between events.
