As an experienced young professional with great organizational and leadership skills, I aspire to make someone's day a little better. My passion includes working to enhance, simplify and/or perfect systems to make organizations run efficiently and effectively to support their business, mission or cause. I enjoy supporting teams that focus on employee relations, creating a welcoming and thriving work environment and succession planning to retain and grow internal talent. Ultimately, I want to be certain that people are happy while at work and where they work. When I'm not working, I enjoy being carefree, reading (biographies, self-help, career related topics) or engaging with various organizations throughout the community. Outside of relaxing, I enjoy redecorating and organizing my space, and cooking a good meal for the work week. I love spending time around friends and family and being in the company of people. Longterm, I hope to utilize my strengths that include designing and implementing effective systems , as well as helping people perfect and enhance the things they do on their day to day. I see myself as a future HR Generalist, HR Manager or team leader at company whether big or large.
