I started Lachlan Bell Consulting in December 2018 to service the local and regional development industry.Since 2018, I have developed a $90M project pipeline that includes Anelay - The Strand, 'Seaclusion'- Palm Beach and St Vincent de Paul's NQ Distribution and Retail Centre.More recently I have been involved in development and project management roles across various sectors throughout Queensland. I have over 30 years’ experience in the building and property industry. Before joining Lendlease in 2017, I worked for Honeycombes Property Group (HPG) for 15 years and prior to that spent 10 years working with Jones Lang LaSalle and Herron Todd White as a Commercial Property Manager and Property Valuer respectively. During this time I have been involved in the delivery of over $300M in development.As the General Manager Developments and Senior Development Manager working for two highly successful property developers, I have developed an extensive track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, within budget and on time. I have lead development teams on residential, retail / commercial projects and a 11,000 lot master planned community, where the highest standards are routinely demanded. I maintain an active involvement in all aspects of the project life-cycle and I deliver high-value projects in an efficient and effective manner.
