From transparent markets such as Singapore and London to developing markets of Saudi Arabia and India, each has its own unique challenges. As well as hyper-growth capability I also have extensive portfolio restructure experience.I have previously held positions as Head of Real Estate, Pacific for Wework overseeing a regional rollout and International Development Director for global flex space pioneer Servcorp.At Vallist we are now using our collective experience to assist landlords and occupiers to solve the flex puzzle in their asset, portfolio or CRE strategy.
