I'm currently coordinating the deployment of the new Warehouse Management Operating System (WMOS) Manhattan. Heavy in change management training and comms, I'm responsible for organising the transition from legacy systems for all eight of Australia's ALDI warehouses, and circa. 3,000 staff.

A senior management (Logistics Manager) role at Australia's largest ALDI distribution centre servicing 124+ stores, heavily reliant on implementation of lean principles. I am responsible for the function of multiple departments and 110+ staff in a role with three main remits; personnel leadership, store order fulfilment operations, and driving additional improvement projects. Successful operations management at ALDI requires not just accurate fulfilment of hundreds of thousands of cases per month, but the constant improvement of teams and overall warehouse efficiency. A challenge to date has included successfully leading the Warehouse & Transport COVID-19 response.

A role that relies considerably on leadership of the personnel of four or five stores alongside organisation required to manage a considerable additional projects. I was responsible for all the store teams welfare, training, growth and productivity, as well as the presentation, customer experience, merchandising and sales of all the stores in my area, including everything that feeds up to and in between. This role included an extremely successful store grand opening, and coordinating three major store refurbishments. I also enjoyed a long period in Canberra managing some of the biggest stores in the region, and finished managing a group of stores in the Campbelltown/Prestons area in Sydney.

I was responsible for developing brand strategy, the communications, and leading execution of promotional and NPD programs across all channels for the Chupa Chups brand.Owned by Dutch company PVM, the role involved managing the P&L for the brand to lead the brand strategy nationwide, as well as the money, trust and relationship of our international stakeholders.

Wholly owning the strategy, comms and P&Ls for Snapple (a Dr. Pepper Snapple Group brand) and Hermes Sweeteners brands, while co-managing TABASCO® Brand.

Responsible for the sell in strategy as well as day to day operations and sales targets of some of Australia's largest photo specialty accounts. As part of this I also looked after almost 50 other accounts around New South Wales including managing the relationship with the managers/franchisees, and the execution of national marketing campaigns.

Managing Canon Australia's imaging services, this included being responsible for the sales targets and communications for Canon's cloud image storage, photo book, and camera training brands. This included managing and launching various multi-agency, multi-channel campaigns across multiple brands.I didn't just look after marketing projects but also assisted in managing and launching major digital projects including the build and launch of a custom built, online billing system.Project management was a key foundation of the role, as was public speaking at various levels internally, including to the Director and Managing Director at conferences, as well as externally to hundreds of consumers at various large scale events.

I was moved up and out of this graduate role just half way through an 18 month program.Sales was followed by four months in Consumer Marketing where I worked on various campaigns. One of these was the 'Create with Confidence' Canon local two year warranty campaign which I managed and executed and well as setting up the processes for internally.

Primarily my task was to explore areas of manufacturing outside of automotive which TI Automotive Australia could participate in and supply Australian companies with locally made products. A secondary objective was to find new uses for the products already being produced, but in industries and markets also not related to automotive.
