With a robust background in team leadership and case management, I currently serve as a Team Leader at Outcare within the Youth Residential Program. In this role, I oversee four residential houses and manage the care and development of four young people, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism. My core competencies include exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, effective problem-solving, and strong organizational abilities.I bring a wealth of experience in mediation and leadership, which have enabled me to foster a supportive and efficient environment for both staff and residents. My reliability, punctuality, and responsive nature have been key to maintaining high standards of care and operational efficiency.Driven by ambition and a passion for impactful work, I am seeking to one day transition into operations management.
