Dates: 9th January - 27th February 2023Responsibilities and Duties:· Coding in R to develop own function for evaluating image segmentation processing of cells· Communicating with research supervisor about how to conduct research & execute project· Applying skills in R to create interactive visualisations of cell segmentation· Time management to ensure that all tasks for the project are completed in time· Collaboration with other Data Science students & colleagues discussing how best to resolve issues· Creation and delivery of a presentation summarising the research conducted· Creation of a scientific report outlining the work I completed over the 6 weeks of the research project
