I am a third-year Civil Engineering student with a minor in Intelligent Systems, passionate about expanding my expertise in Machine Learning and Data Programming. Evidencing my academic diligence, I have been awarded the departmental prize for best overall performance in both my first and second years. My academic and professional pursuits aim to find ways to reimagine data toward tackling modern challenges in both civil and software engineering contexts. I am fortunate to have worked for ACT Health on the deployment of the new Digital Health Record, using data to streamline clinical services. I aim to continue this philosophy through my third-year dissertation using a Variational Auto-Encoder to transform individual traits into pixels for synthetic population generation tasks. Within my degree, I have gained a solid foundation in structural mechanics, complemented by a diverse coding background that centres around Python, JavaScript, and, more recently, MATLAB. Further, my proficiency in software extends to REVIT, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Dalux, having gained valuable hands-on experience during an internship with Multiplex. I tend towards leadership roles within academic and professional environments, drawing on my adaptability and diverse background, having studied at a French-speaking school in Quebec for six months.
