Working in a team environment within the Darwin Ichthys Onshore LNG facility while implementing and amending quality assurance procedures. Assisted in daily scheduling and team coordination to reach a common goal. Assisted in managing a group of multi-backgrounded personnel inclusive of conducting report writing, problem-solving, system management, and adaptation. Played an important role in the refining of quality control systems and continuous improvement within the team and company, aiming to provide best practices and procedures inclusive of safety requirements. Challenged with adapting to a new environment and project setting.

Managed and assisted in closing 5 integrated projects within the cohuna region. The projects comprised of pipeline networks contracted under GMW and the Connections Project. Experienced all facets of project management in regards to compliance, operations, quality, cost, Human Resources and stakeholder management just to name a few. Developed key skills though interactions with key stakeholders and landowners, by gaining approvals and permits in relation to construction works and compliance. I was undergoing site engineer and project management tasks heavily throughout the month of work.

Within this role, I operate heavy machinery and farming equipment. I have considerable input in agricultural land development and maintenance of the machinery. It is a very work intensive role and is displayed through the organization and maintenance of the milking plant. Problem solving skills have been developed through the need to fault find and to be able to do this under considerable pressure and time constraints.

I had to conduct environmental risk assessments. I gained a high level of knowledge about concrete applications, reinforcement of structures and the use of AutoCAD to amend plans.
