- Oversee and manage end-to-end delivery on major marketing projects, multi-channel campaigns and initiatives across the Programmed Health Professionals and Programmed Care businesses- Ensure accurate and consistent brand representation is used throughout all channels- Plan, develop and execute marketing projects and campaigns collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders/agencies/suppliers and manage budgets accordingly- Maintenance of Programmed Health Professionals online presence- Develop strategies for advertising promotions and campaigns to increase brand awareness with customers and the wider industry, providing further education on Programmed’s service offerings

Boasting beautiful views west towards the Great Dividing Range, O’Reilly’s offers a range of unique dwellings, a world-renowned conference centre and one of Australia’s most breathtaking wedding destinations.Key responsibilities:- Development and execution of marketing campaigns for a variety of projects, events & activities.- Development and maintenance of internal and external relationships, including sponsorship acquisition, liaising with tourism bodies and online influencers.- Source and develop content in order to update and maintain all digital platforms.- Coordinate marketing activity schedule, ensuring all material was released in a timely fashion, correlating with holidays and major tourism events.- Management of ecommerce platform.- CRM management.- Implementation of 360° marketing campaigns.- Analyzing and reporting on marketing initiatives to present to O’Reilly’s Board of Directors to ensure positive ROI.- Represent O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat at a number of regional, state and national tourism conferences.

The Billabong house of brands is synonymous within surf and fashion lifestyles, and has evolved into a set of iconic global brands.Key responsibilities:- Create and maintain seasonal marketing campaigns, ensuring all activity aligned with the agreed objectives, strategy, budget and timelines.- Event management – coordinating grassroots surfing events, athlete signings and community events.- Overseeing all marketing communications to ensure central messaging and communications strategies delivered consistency across all channels.- Coordinate retail sales creative brief including floor plan, printing and installation, propping and VM direction for marketed Stories.- Manage trade and retail seasonal creative assets across all Australian Billabong shop fronts and third party e-comm stores.- Manage all custom creative requests through the internal design team.- Manage orders for Globally produced POS, printing and trade fixtures.
