Provision of H&S Training and Consultancy services to a number of clients throughout the South East. Predominantly within the construction industry, my work centres around the provision of useful and workable solutions to enable clients to improve their understanding of H&S legislation, and to apply practical and workable solutions aimed at enhancing compliance and adherence to industry best practice. Rather than create 'pretty'​ documents that end up gathering dust, I strive to involve key personnel in H&S Management, place huge emphasis on open and honest communication, and endeavour to encourage 'buy-in' to the vital culture of an organisation.

Qualified to degree level as a teacher, I work as a fully accredited H&S Trainer in the following courses: NEBOSH National General Certificate, NEBOSH National Construction Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely and Working Safely, the CITB's Site Management Safety Training Scheme and Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme courses, First-Aid at Work, HABC Level 1-4 H&S Courses and Fire Safety and Risk Management.

Provision of H&S solutions to London and Essex based clients. Work has included H&S Management System audits and the development of audit action plans, accident and incident investigation, the implementation of safe systems of work including the application of legal guidance and broad knowledge of industry best practice, fire risk assessments and emergency evacuation planning, the maintenance of workable communication strategies between management and workforce on pertinent H&S issues, regular submissions for Contractor Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), update and delivery of H&S induction policies and procedures and advice on Environmental Management Issues

Strategic consulting on refurbishments projects throughout the South East. Provision of regular site-based risk assessments and implementation of associated safe systems of work, establishment of workable communications between management and workforce on all H&S issues, general advice on safety best practice and continual improvement of the company's H&S culture and attitude towards the maintenance of safe working practices.
