I am a dedicated IT specialist who is always working to expand my knowledgebase and experience. Throughout my career I have worked in many State Schools around the Brisbane and Gold Coast region, including both high schools and primary schools. These schools include Helensvale State High School, Pacific Pines State High School, Gainsborough State School, Worongary State School, and Benowa State SchoolDue to this extensive experience, I hold a School Technician Orange Card, the highest level access for school-based support for the Department of Education in Queensland. I also hold a Diploma of Systems Information and Network Administration from Tafe SouthwestDue to my mixed experience, I am familiar with the processes of managing BYO student devices, CFTs, TVs, projectors, etc. However, my largest knowledge pool is in Apple devices, especially due to working at Gainsborough State school since January of 2023, which is almost 100% apple devices. This includes iPads, AppleTVs, Macs, Apple Configurator, ASM, and the management service Jamf.
