I joined the business in 2001 when it was known as Patrick Chick and Associates. I liked what I saw and became a Director of the business in 2004, eventually becoming Managing Director in 2009 when we changed the name to CSP.I am really proud of CSP, and I am proud of the long standing relationships that we have with a number of our clients. I think the fact that Patrick Chick (the founder of the business) is now a client of ours is testament to the quality of CSP.Our clients really believe in the value of what we do for them, and I relish the opportunity to help them make smart decisions with their money. The ultimate compliment is paid here when clients refer their friends and family to us – an important source of new clients for CSP.When I sit down with clients, I take the time to listen to what is really important to them and then , in collaboration with my team we build a cash flow and investment model that supports this. The CSP Three Buckets Retirement Program is fundamental to how I work with clients to ensure that they are on track financially and ensure that they will be able to ride out market volatility. In parallel with this, we also take the time to ensure appropriate estate plans, risk management strategies and structures are in place to optimise performance as well as protect and look after loved ones should disaster strike.The importance that I place on compliance and ethical business processes is reflected by my roles as the Responsible Manager for The Advice Exchange (CSP’s Australian Financial Services Licensee), as well as sitting on the Compliance Committee, Investment Committee and The Advice Exchange’s Board of Advice.
