DWS Limited employed over 550 full-time staff and had six offices around Australia.I was privileged to lead a very talented team of professionals at a time when IT is driving organisational change programs like never before. DWS invested significantly in the development of industry leading capabilities in the areas of Digital Transformation, Mobile Computing, Cloud Computing, Big Data and Predictive Analytics.

As a member of the senior executive management group, I was the executive responsible for five of the eight operating businesses within the DWS Group. As CFO, I was also responsible for the day-to-day management of all business support functions including Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, People and Culture, and Internal IT. I was also responsible for the management of the Group's M&A activity nationally. As Company Secretary, I was responsible for the execution and oversight of the Board's Governance framework, and for ensuring the compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. I was also the public officer of the ASX listed parent company (ASX:DWS).

As Commercial Manager, I was responsible for the day-to-day management of all Management, Board, and Statutory reporting for the DWS Group. I ran the marketing function for the Group, and oversaw all contract management and administration. I was also responsible for the management of all the Group's advisory functions, including Legal, Tax and Audit. In 2006, I led the team responsible for the $131M IPO of DWS Ltd, which included legal, accounting, corporate finance and taxation advisory personnel.
